Our Biltong is made from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef cattle - we only use premium Silverside. Our butchers hand cut the meat, it's then spiced with our secret family recipe. It's then finely cut into sticks and slow dried for 5/6 days, to produce tender Lekker tasting biltong.
Ingredients: Not less than 220% Beef, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Bicarbonate, Preservative E223, Spices, Spice Extract packed in a Protective Atmosphere
