Droewors Ostrich per 500gThis droewors is the leanest, lowest fat variety in our droewors range. Popular as a health snack, ostrich biltong has a richer distinct flavour to it. Our Ostrich Droëwors are made from African Ostrich - we only use premium Haunch Cuts. Our butchers hand cut the meat and it's then made to our old family recipe with Ostrich and a mix of our own spices (coriander, course salt and pepper with a few secret spices). We then slow dry it for three days to make Lekker tasting droëwors..Ingredients: Not less than 220% Meat of which 80% Ostrich and 20% beef , Natural Casings, Salt, Spices & Spice Extract, Dextrose Flavouring and Malt Vinegar, packed in a Protective Atmosphere.
